You’ve just rented a new apartment! You’ll be planning your move, once you’ve signed the lease. Before you start packing, call your insurer to make sure your belongings are insured.

Take a few minutes to make a property inventory.

Let your insurer know when you’ll be moving. He’ll ask you questions about your new apartment. He’ll need to know its features so that he can update your file. The cost of your home insurance could change, either up or down.
